There was no hotel manager on duty in the morning when I requested assistance. The shower water was cold, making it impossible to shower comfortably. Additionally, the front desk representive was rude and unprofessional. I attempted to speak privately about my concerns, but she showed no interest in resolving the issues. As a former employee of IHG Hotels & Resorts, I know the level of service and standards the brand typically upholds. Unfortunately, this property fell far below those expectations. I have never experienced such disorganization and lack of cleanliness at an IHG property. This stay did not reflect the hospitality that IHG is known for, and I would not recommend this facility based on my experience.
