- JHJoe Holenko2 days ago1.0This place needs an update and some help. Seems like such a great location to have a hotel but sadly some aspects are not working. The pool is shut down due to the health department and the elevator was at some time shut down due to the fire Marshall. To note as well, the handmade safety signs. There is EV charging here and one charger in back of the hotel which has no access to the inside of the hotel besides walking all the way around to the main entrance. Side access doors don’t work with key cards. Exit from inside only. The EV charging is $25 a night, which is absolutely insane for guests. The wall thermostats in the rooms also do not work, not sure what they are there for. Our room was 85° and after calling the front desk we found out to use the controls on the wall unit. The rooms desperately need some updating, the TVs have no streaming or online capability like other Best Western Plus hotels I have stayed at. Figure it out!

I called probably 10 times because I have to double check everything, and they were patient and kind. Something wasn’t working for me and the guy up front helped me right away. Very good priced with nice rooms. Would definitely recommend.
- KMKirby MoyerJan 1, 20262.0We stayed on new yrs eve. When arriving we noticed that the bar was not open. When we asked he said he couldnt get ahold of bartender. The indoor pool was not filled. The elevator malfunctioned when trying to go to the 3rd floor we ended up having to take the stairwell. Another thing I think some ppl might need to know is that the showers (or at least the one in our room) was not handicap accessible. Another thing I would say would be that there is only one way in and one way out of the hotel. The hotel was clean though and the coffee was good.
- RBRex BestDec 31, 20254.0I stay in a lot of BW brand hotels and this one ranks right up at the top. Convenient location, service was great, and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant and had real scrambled eggs and not the powdered kind. This was my first stay and I really enjoyed it. A couple of items I did note: had four pillows on the bed but they were all entirely too soft, somehow the heater was left on 85F and the room was extremely hot but got it cooled down, and the entrance to the parking lot is a bit tight to get in to. All fairly minor things and mostly correctable with minor attention to detail. Other thank that it was a very clean property and appeared to be well maintained.

Not that it was actually dirty now but just seemed run down and like it was deteriorating. Not a 4-star hotel, that's for sure! The room seemed very crowded with older outdated furniture and just felt dingy. Won't say it was bad but certainly not as nice as it was. Didn't even feel like the same hotel.
