  The property manger is very disrespectful and I always try to talk very calm and with manners every time but he has a horrible attitude every time you speak to him all the other staff is pretty decent Valarie at the front desk is the best one you guys have at this location the only one who has customer service I’m not sure if that’s how you spell her name but she’s younger the rooms are great I’ve tried very hard not to write a review on this place but this is the third time this man has got very disrespectful with me the first time was the day we checked in the second was a week ago and the third today as we are staying here for a month due to our apt not being ready in the process of moving I’ve honestly never stayed anywhere with the customer service being this horrible and rude to customers I figured with it being a a good location it would be great but I guess I was wrong the rooms are supposed to be non smoking but I keep telling the front desk my neighbors keep smoking so it comes into my bathroom and makes my whole room smell like cigarettes and my youngest has asthma but nothing

  My wife and I stayed there Sunday night, 3/22/26, while our hot water tank was being replaced at our house. Woke up at 5am Monday morning (3/23/26) and had no hot water in the hotel shower or bathroom sink. After taking a cold shower I notified the front desk, who told me I would have to wait for the Manager who comes in at 8am. I had to be to work at 6:30. My wife tried to take a shower at 6am. Once again, no hot water. I called the hotel at 9am to speak with the Manager and was told he doesn't come in until Noon, not 8 like I was previously told. I finally spoke with the Manager at 1:30pm. After putting me on hold for at least five minutes he came back and told me that no one else had complained about no hot water and that the water in the room tested at 120 degrees. So, basically he called me a liar. I cannot remember the last time I left a review on a business, but I cannot let this pass. This entire experience has been a nightmare and their conduct, to my mind, has been disgraceful.

  I recently stayed at this property and had a very disappointing experience. The room was infested with roaches, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant odor. There was no hotel manager on duty in the morning when I requested assistance. The shower water was cold, making it impossible to shower comfortably. Additionally, the front desk representive was rude and unprofessional. I attempted to speak privately about my concerns, but she showed no interest in resolving the issues. As a former employee of IHG Hotels & Resorts, I know the level of service and standards the brand typically upholds. Unfortunately, this property fell far below those expectations. I have never experienced such disorganization and lack of cleanliness at an IHG property. This stay did not reflect the hospitality that IHG is known for, and I would not recommend this facility based on my experience.
