The front desk staff were super pleasant, going so far as to let my mom get ice from the staff only breakfast prep area! The pool and hot tub were perfect, very relaxing! The room was comfortable, and surprisingly quiet! The star of the show, though, was the breakfast!!! Full buffet of hot options, sausage, pancakes, omelettes even! My family and I were blown away by how great the breakfast was, and we will for sure stay here again next time in Hutch!!
- JAjorge avilesDec 6, 20253.0Booked the room in Orbitz and it was ok($110), so got our keys and went to the room open the door and “HELLO” there where people there 🤦🏻♂️ close the door super quick and the people inside came out asking what happen we explain and they where ok so we went down and got another room but the didn’t have double bed so my son, wife and I sleep on a king so not happy with that and in the morning the people cleaning the rooms where talking in Spanish and we can understand everything because we are Latinos and guess what there where a problem of bedbugs so we start looking for them in our room but didn’t found anything thank God… other then that all good we always look for holiday inns because they are almost new and they have breakfast and that for us is +
