The current management and staff are not welcoming at all. Their treatment toward guests comes across as rude and unprofessional. In particular, there is an older woman with red hair who has consistently shown very poor attitude and unprofessional behavior every time I’ve encountered her. The rooms themselves are clean, spacious, and comfortable, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

Not sure how that got by me, but room was clean and comfortable. Price was appropriate for offering. Never heard of "avid", so I was curious. Hotel commercialism marketing version of minimalist- but enough.

- KRKatie RomeroNov 6, 20254.0Pros: Location- close to Walmart, restraunts and much more. Nice Gym Comfortable bed Coffee Cons: Noise- Walls are thin. I could hear my neighbor sneeze, talk, roll the blinds, tv etc., doors shutting all night long. Cleanliness- Rooms are not cleaned well. Walls are full of marks, floor was dirty, hair in the bathroom, bathroom sink hole had mold, moved a bench and there were wrappers and crumbs, there was even hotel cups on the top of the blinds in the room?! Air conditioner had hair blowing out of the grates so I pulled them out and they were FULL of dust (see picture). Food: Average/typical breakfast selection however, I only had the grab and go items and they were not fresh at all. Muffins were so dry I couldn't even eat them. With all that being said, the pros did outweigh the cons, and it was a nice place to stay just room for improvement.
