For $127 after taxes added a night here they don’t even have an active hot tub. It is out of order. They have no bathtubs in any of the rooms only showers that have sub scum on the bottom glass. Air conditioners decide to work when they want to often on and some of them are rather loud. I rather slept in my truck for the night than a waste $127.

Outstanding service and beautiful property. Highly suggest it. Our ADA room was great for my wife.

I’m sorry I have never done this but I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. The gal that checked us in was more interested in taking a personal phone call. After we were in our room for just a few minutes I used the bathroom and no water! I went to call the front desk and the phone was completely dead even though it was plugged in. I had to call them on my cell and was told yes she knew as they were fixing a leaky pipe and really had no idea when it would be fixed. Isn’t that something she maybe should have mentioned when we checked in? I also told her about the phone and she just laughed and said she would report it. The next morning when we wanted to check out I rang the buzzer twice and no one came. We finally just left hoping they would email us the receipt. It has been 3 days and still no receipt. Needless to say I’ll be checking my credit card when we get home.
The Best Western Plus Night Watchman Inn & Suites is exactly the kind of place you hope to find when you’re rolling into town for business — clean, quiet, easy to get to, and close enough to local restaurants that you don’t have to go on a scavenger hunt for dinner.
I arrived around early evening and immediately felt good about the choice. The front‑desk staff were kind, welcoming, and quick to get me checked in, which is always appreciated after a day of travel. The building itself was very clean, and my room was comfortable and well‑kept.
If I had one small complaint, it’s that the walls seemed a bit thin — I could hear the TVs from the rooms on either side. Not loud enough to ruin the night, but noticeable. Thankfully, once everyone settled in, the hotel was quiet and I slept without any outside noise waking me up.
Breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise:
• Fresh fruit
• Sausage & bacon
• Pancakes
• Cereal
• Yogurt
A solid complimentary spread that actually feels like breakfast, not just “toast and hope.” It was a great start to the day.
Between the friendly staff, clean rooms, walkable location, and good breakfast, this hotel checked all the boxes for a business stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in the area.

If you want is a nice room for the night, then this hotel will give it to you. If you want a pool, hot tub, and/or a good breakfast, this hotel did not live up to its promises. Because of that, our stay was not worth the price. The room was great: clean and spacious with a lot of counter space in the bathroom. We were very disappointed with the indoor pool and hot tub, which was the primary reason we chose this hotel. The pool water was very cold! After a cold plunge, I usually warm up after I start swimming but this water I couldn't stand even for a minute. The hot tub jets were very weak. As for breakfast, the scrambled eggs looked fine on top, but scraping away the top exposed that most of them were an unappetizing grey/green color. Ugh! Google's AI says that they are still safe to eat, but...I chose cereal that day, not trusting any of the hotel's hot food selections.
