    We had issues with a third party booking site. We made the trip to the hotel to get things figured out in person. A little gal named Andrea was such a huge help. She was eager to help us get to the bottom of the issue with grace and professionalism. She went above and beyond to settle this the best she could for the issues at hand. Thank you Andrea for all your help.

    Hotel is super clean and comfortable. The room temperature was so efficient we never had to change it while here (vs many others where I'm constantly adjusting the thermostat). My room smelled so clean and the bed was comfortable. Despite the heavy walk of the people staying above me I slept like a baby. It's so quiet and the blackout shades were a bonus to sleep in. It also has great breakfast options for sit down or on the go, in a clean and comfortable lobby area with high-top tables to plug-in.
