  Went to breakfast and came back to an empty room, asked manager and she thinks people can't steal your stuff, never stay there , you could tell I wasn't gone

  While the location was good for our road trip and the facilities were large, with a huge pool and good fitness center, and the people who worked there were friendly, the room smelled dank and musty. That pretty much ruined it for me and I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

  Hell nah!! This place sucks the rooms are dirty as hell. The priority of this place sucks they have parties every night I was there at 10pm, with no respect, loud a kids screaming, blasting music. When we called the front desk they got snappy with us and hung up.

  If you want a nice day quiet with a nice area where you can hang out and play pool or ping pong , they also have a few arcade games great amenities like a workout room pool and hot tub that are open untill 10 very clean and every staff member I came across was very friendly definitely recommend out of all of Great bend this one is the best

  My family has been staying at this hotel several times a year for over 15 years, since I was a little girl. Some of my favorite memories include swimming in the pool and playing in the arcade when there were even more games than there are now. Over the years, this hotel has become a meaningful part of our family tradition, and we’ve always had wonderful experiences—until this past year. Unfortunately, since new management has taken over, each stay has been worse than the previous one, and this year will be our last. The issues began at check-in. In August, we called ahead to reserve specific courtyard rooms and were given the room numbers we would have. When we arrived at 4:00 PM, we were told those rooms were no longer available. However, other members of our family arrived around 5:00 PM and were given the exact rooms we were told were unavailable. While this wasn’t a major issue for us, it was frustrating and worth noting. On our second night, we were told we were not allowed to use the courtyard at all because it had been rented out for the entire evening. This was especially disappointing, as the pool and arcade games are located in the courtyard, and the courtyard is listed as an amenity on the hotel’s website. In the past, our family has rented the courtyard more than a dozen times and were always required to share it with other hotel guests. When we asked what would happen if our family simply sat in the courtyard to eat together—we had rented 10 rooms and had a large group—we were told the police would be called on us. That response was shocking and completely unnecessary. This hotel used to be a great place for large families due to the courtyard and amenities, but based on our recent experiences under new management, we would no longer recommend it.
