  Came up to Kansas great band for a wedding got the room that day. Tried to close out the room that night because wedding ended early was told that you need 24 hour notice to cancel room reservation. The room was across the hall from the washer and dryer and pool smelled heavily of mold. People were nice. Did not talk loud enough to understand sometimes other than that nice place.

  I don't know why other people have a complaint. This is a nice, clean hotel. It is not fancy, reasonably priced, very clean and the staff are very pleasant. We always stay at this location when we visit family.

  I really enjoyed my stay. The service was good, rooms were clean, bed were comfortable. Would recommend.

  The rooms are shit! I paid the extra money for outside access but they gave me inside access! The room shouldn’t be this much in the first place! Just saying go for the cheaper option if you come to great bend! If I could get a refund I would! Not worth the hassle coming to best western!

  This is a nice clean hotel. The rooms were a bit dated but overall nice. We enjoyed the game room The pool looked nice and clean though we did not use it. The breakfast at Perkins was a plus. The only downside was the check in. The woman that checked us in did not seem super confident and we did not get our breakfast vouchers. The checking experience could have been better.
