    Called the day before to make sure the pool was working then checked in now its not working waste if money only reason I got a room here smh

    This hotel felt really nice. Everything was very clean, the staff was helpful, and the entire place was spotless. Our room even had a ceiling fan, which was a great touch. Wish all Best Western Plus locations were like this! If we’re back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

    I had this place booked for two days, I pre registered for check in which included uploading a picture of my ID. Came to check in and was met with a rude receptionist telling me they wouldn’t allow me and my family to stay due to living locally in Garden City. They said that they had had problems with people in the local area renting rooms and partying. We were very obviously a family with young children. I asked if they could make an exception and they would not budge. When I asked why I wasn’t notified I was met with a snarky tone with “I just got here a couple hours ago” I said I’m not talking about you I’m talking about the way you guys run this business. You would think one would be notified ahead of time if the prospect of being refused a room due to being local in the area was an option. They would’ve seen on my license I uploaded ahead of time my address was local. We had planned a night in a hotel with the kids to celebrate New Year’s Eve instead of staying at home. The receptionist was uncaring and the only thing I can say is have fun working on New Years Eve 👍 Everything worked out in the end after processing a refund with Best Western we took our money to the Holiday Inn where they were more the accommodating.

    Reserved a room when I got here they said they can't accept our reservation. The clerk was snarky and the business was handled very unprofessional.
