  Very disappointed. We drove an extra an hour because they had a pool. We called and told them we were coming because of the pool. We made our reservations and our card was charged. When we arrived, the pool was out of service because of renovations. And it was too late to cancel our room. Very disappointed. Four kids expecting to swim after a long day in the car. Again, very disappointed.

  Do NOT stay here if you want to use the pool. It is buried in their website that the pool is down, and will be down until JUNE. Right in the busiest part of the vacation season. They don’t offer a discount or inconvenience voucher or anything, and if you cancel, you still pay the full price of one day of your stays. We just drove from states away and thought it looked like a great stop, but they don’t want you to see the pool is out of commission I realize it is not the staffs fault that best western’s website team is hiding this information to keep their customers up to date on this important piece of information and also isn’t empowering their staff to help keep the customer happy. We have been staying at best western this entire trip and we will have to rethink booking any best western in the future. Please don’t reply with a generic response, a discounted rate for this issue or a credit for a future stay is the only solution and please make this at the TOP of your pages for out of order pool/hot tub, now we have an upset kid who was Looking forward to a pool trip.

  This hotel is twice the price of those around it, it reeks of mixed perfumes. I paid extra because it supposedly has a hotel bar and I was traveling with two sick kids alone. The bar only takes cash but the whole establishment can’t take a $100. The pool is being renovated so you also pay twice for half the amenities currently. Staff are unavailable for extended periods and unfriendly. We should have stayed anywhere else.

  The lobby and room was very nice and clean! The bad, the pool and hot but was under construction. I believe that something like this should be put on their website, it was the only reason I stayed here compared to the other motels in the area.
