The room was quite decent, clean, and had plates, pots and cutlery. Definitely sound proof I didn't hear anyone else while in the room. Service at the front desk was awesome. They were extremely helpful and understanding. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the fort Riley area. They are definitely pet friendly.

Five star rating all around. Stayed here two years ago, updating my review with a little more information. Was a five star rating then too! Very well maintained and quiet hotel. Super comfortable beds. Great water pressure! Great staff... very friendly, helpful, and professional. Plenty of parking. Easy to navigate to and from. Close to the Exchange and Gas Station (Valero). Breakfast Crew were very nice!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ I want to start by saying the reason I’m not giving a full 5 out of 5 is due to a negative experience that left me feeling uncomfortable. However, there were many great things about my stay that deserve to be recognized. First, the front desk team—Andrea, Keshawana, Kala, and especially Marietta—were all absolutely wonderful. Marietta, in particular, was incredibly helpful, quick to accommodate any needs, and always ready with recommendations or directions. Every morning and evening, they greeted me with genuine smiles and positive energy. It truly felt like they enjoyed their jobs and cared about the guests. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the housekeeper with the Southern accent (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name!). She went above and beyond—always super friendly, respectful of our space, and made sure we had everything we needed, even with pets in the room. The rooms were spotless, and fresh towels were always available. The breakfast crew was great as well. There was a newer staff member during my stay who was so attentive. She always greeted my family with a “Good Morning” and was very understanding about my food allergies, which I really appreciated. when I asked for a different serving spoon. Now, the reason for the lower rating: Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Lashunda, was disappointing. In my opinion, she was unprofessional and rude not just in how she spoke to me, but also in how she treated staff in front of guests. It was uncomfortable to witness, especially coming from someone in a leadership role. On more than one occasion, I found myself avoiding the front desk if she was there. I waited until later in the evening when I knew Marietta or someone else would be available. When I did have to speak with Lashanda, she came across as dismissive and lacked the hospitality you’d expect from someone in her position. During a stressful time for our family navigating the uncertainty of PCS season her attitude was not something I needed, and honestly, it would make me reconsider staying here again. To sum it up: Most of the staff were absolutely amazing and made our stay as comfortable as possible. I’m incredibly thankful for them. But unfortunately, one negative leadership experience can really impact the overall feel of a place.
