    Great place this to vacation. wonderful hotel to be located on fort Riley luxury, but at the same time all the humidities of a small apartment.The staff is always friendly and professional great breakfast. The hotel from the lobby throughout the appearance is very clean.

    They asked for a 5 star rating could've fooled me. It doesnt matter how early you make a reservation they will go out of there way to make sure you dont get your room on time. This hotel is a direct reflection of the Post it resides on.

    Would be zero stars if able. After a 10 hour drive on Thanksgiving day from Tennessee we arrived here to find out that they overbooked the hotel and gave our room away to someone else so we did not have a room to stay in. This was after booking far in advance and then reverifying over the phone twice with confirmation that our reservation was still good. They did not attempt to call us to let us know at any time, or help in any way upon arrival and hearing they made a mistake and we were now out of luck. They then had the complete audacity to ask if we wanted to cancel our reservation so we wouldn’t be charged, thereby indicating that they intended to still charge us for their error. Highly recommend nobody EVER attempt to stay at this subpar hotel that has zero ability to manage their bookings appropriately or provide even mediocre customer service in a service based setting industry. To top it all off, while speaking with others who live here on base it is well known among everyone that this hotel consistently overbooks and turns people away to the customer’s complete surprise. Not sure how this is considered normal and continues to happen. The hotel management should prioritize fixing this issue so it doesn’t happen again in the future. TO THE MANAGEMENT: All we ask is that you care more, listen to your customers, and actually provide sufficient customer service. If you read this and get offended then that’s a problem. You should want to fix this for others and actually listen to what your customers are saying, or move aside for someone who does care.
