Your site clearly says free complimentary breakfast 6a-10a whether this be correct or incorrect her demeanor and words were extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in and grabbed a plate at 6:30 and put sausage on my plate she burst through the back room and said “just so you know breakfast doesn’t start until 7” I said ok I’m sorry and went to put it back and she said I don’t care keep it. Then I walked away not grabbing anything else but coffee. As I got my coffee she said the exact same thing to another customer and made him leave starting his day without any breakfast. Just rude.

At 920 you can expect to be attempting to get breakfast, to be met with cold cereal, oatmeal, and an apple as your only options. The kitchen staff stood beside me clearing the rest of breakfast before I could even get my kiddos food. While getting the cold cereal and oatmeal packets they kindly locked up the milk, juice, yogurt and eggs and ignored me when I asked how I am supposed to feed the kids cold cereal with no milk? 20 minutes later when someone returned to the front desk she very dryly told me "sorry , breakfast was over at 930 it's locked until tomorrow. " thankful another employee went into the kitchen and got keys so the kids could have milk with their cereal. Not very friendly staff, dirty, musky.... this is the level of service expected at places like motel 6... to say we were once again let down and disappointed by Holiday Inn is a gross understatement. Seriously need to 1. Do better, 2. change the name to reflect the lack of quality, 3. Give an appropriate description of the facilities, staff and lack of amenities. Ill say it again.... thankfully there's usually a Hampton near by and they haven't failed us on anything remotely close to this level.

After traveling all day and "significant" miscommunication on the part of my parent, they were gracious and kind enough to set up two separate rooms to accommodate the need. I highly recommend this as a comfortable and accommodating place for all your hotel needs.
