I didn't care much about where I was going, I just needed a bed and when I walked in I was smiling! The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I met some sweet people while there. The front desk staff was incredibly nice, both shifts. We had our dog with us and although there's a fee ($30), we didn't mind. There was grassy areas to walk her and not too much time downstairs. Our dog even loved the room (not the elevator, but thats her preference). The beds were soo comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! Definitely adding to my list if I ever need to go back through!

I later discovered my daughters tablet was missing! I informed the front desk who seemed very concerned at the moment, but failed horribly on their part. Their response to the incident- I went to go check and a handful of our camera were not working. We were not able to see what happened. It is very alarming that this event happened. We apologize. - Theg hotel ceased communication after this response. Very disappointed in this establishment. As a holiday inn member for years, I’ve never had such an experienced.

Your site clearly says free complimentary breakfast 6a-10a whether this be correct or incorrect her demeanor and words were extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in and grabbed a plate at 6:30 and put sausage on my plate she burst through the back room and said “just so you know breakfast doesn’t start until 7” I said ok I’m sorry and went to put it back and she said I don’t care keep it. Then I walked away not grabbing anything else but coffee. As I got my coffee she said the exact same thing to another customer and made him leave starting his day without any breakfast. Just rude.
