  I always use this hotel when I travel back home. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s always clean and smells amazing! If you have any issues or concerns the manager is extremely understanding, helpful and will get the situation resolved. She has really worked hard to keep this hotel up to standards and goes above and beyond!

  Pool is closed. Cable and WiFi work occasionally. None of the entrance doors work. There's also the insect problem in the rooms.

  Where do I even start? This was truly the absolute worst IHG/Holiday Inn my family and I have ever had the privilege of staying at! Before we even checked in I showed the front desk clerk where I had requested a downstairs room on the first floor due to having 2 disabled children as well as myself having a broken knee and currently on crutches in a leg cast. The clerk said there was nothing she could do and we would have to take the third floor or find somewhere else to stay. This was around 9pm at night after driving almost four hours in a truck with children. We were too tired to even care at that point. when we finally got to our room on the 3rd floor our room was not clean. My wife found dirty items under our bed. The bathroom was not clean. It was so bad that my wife went down the road to the local Wal-Mart and bought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathtub had hair and what looked like soap scum in it. the toilet had urine dried around the toilet from the last guest. On top of that the water pressure from the bathroom shower was absolutely horrible. The next morning when I went to check out I overheard the front desk clerk tell the front manager how much she hated her job and wanted to quit. I also heard both of them talk about how their General Manager was the worst person ever to work for and I am putting the nicely because they used a coupled of R rated words not suitable for this review and I heard them say they can't get anywhere with them. Once I approached the counter with the clerk I explained I was ready to check out. My son who has Autism and ADHD was running through the sliding doors because with his Autism he was fascinated with how the doors worked and was excited to watch them open and close. It was at that point the manager stepped around from the desk and yelled at my son calling him names and telling him to stop immediately before he breaks her door to her hotel. Now last time I checked no one manager owned the IHG chain so for her to call it "HER HOTEL" was absurdly ridiculous but ok. When the front desk clerk checked me out she asked me how my stay was and I proceeded to tell her about the issues we had with our room. The manager was listening and I can tell she was getting irritated with my honesty. The clerk proceeded to check us out of the room. Keep in mind I still needed to reserve another room for another 2 extra days as we were visiting family and staying until Sunday afternoon. The clerk proceeded to tell me that my credit card was declined and I told her that was because we had already paid for the night and I had locked my credit card for security purposes. She told me my credit card had not been charged but when I showed her the receipt and proof on my credit card app that it had in fact been charged she proceeded to call me a liar and called her manager up front. The manager was even more rude and she called me a "BUM" who did not want to pay and was only looking for a free night stay even after I had shown her physical proof that I had in fact been charged for the night. I was so insulted I asked her for her name and she told me I did not need her name and to leave "HER" hotel immediately or she would call the cops on me. That all being said this manager violated my families rights under the "AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT" and this in fact is a HUGE lawsuit against IHG and the manager of the Coffeyville Holiday Inn Express. My daughter was born with Cerebral Palsy and is wheelchair bound. My son has Autism and ADHD. I also was temporarily disabled because of my broken knee. If this would have happened at any IHG chain back in my hometown she would have been fired immediately as well as the front desk clerk. I made an official complain with the IHG Corporate Office but it seems like unless you are a DIAMOND or PLATINUM member your concerns go unanswered or just not cared about! This is sad as I will be closing my IHG membership jumping over to CHOICE HOTELS where my family and I were actually treated with respect.

  They were very nice to let me use the public restroom, and it was super clean! I didn't stay there, but i would in the future! I was on a road trip.

  Room was nice and clean with a friendly staff, but no room for larger vehicles.
