  Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Service - There was no one at the reception even though we rang the bell. No one attended to us again when we went to collect our luggage after dinner. No staff was there at the front desk all the time. No one at the restaurant to greet for breakfast. They were sitting inside chatting while cleaning cutlery. Room - We stated traveling with <1 year old (baby) and they gave a single bed instead of a baby cot. All the towels were worn out with bits of cloth torn on the sides. Terrible. The bedsheet was so uncomfortable. I thought it was the bed protector. I called to ask for some sheets but they've explained the bedsheet is wool so it's rough. They did not do anything about it even though I said it was uncomfortable. My baby had to share bed with us since there's no crib and it was so uncomfortable with the bedsheet. AC was not working at all. We had to open the windows for some ventilation. Amenities - Hair and body wash are in dispenser and this was definitely not a 4 star standard. Breakfast - No one actually replenishes the food. There was no more strawberries in the bowl. They removed the bowl instead of replenishing it. It was only 9am. There is no proper pathway or walkway to the hotel just rocks. It was inconvenient to get the car to drop off point to unload luggages since it's impossible to roll them on rocks and then drive away to park the car again. Overall, it was a terrible experience for my family and I definitely do not recommend this hotel. It didn't justify for the price paid. If you're reading this, find somewhere else to stay!

  非常友善的前台，漂亮宽敞的房间配备了冰箱、空调，咖啡和电视，早餐很棒，晚餐选择有限但是羊肉很好吃，汉堡也很棒，非常推荐给那些要进入冰岛高地的人

  Très bonne expérience Les plus de l hotel : La vue, la qualité de la literie (digne d une 4 ou 5 etoiles), le Spa au top (propre et agréable en fin de journée) Le Restaurant gastro de bonne qualité mais avec un prix assez élevé L’emplacement sur la route pour aller randonner au Landmannalaugar

  To wyjątkowo piękny hotel w bajecznym otoczeniu. Zieleń z okien zachwyca, a konie na wzgórzach i pod oknami są niesamowitą atrakcją. Pyszne śniadania, pomocny personel w planowaniu atrakcji, piękne tarasy do podziwiania otoczenia. To zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel, w którym nocowaliśmy na Islandii. Pokoje bardzo funkcjonalne, czajnik, kawa, herbata. Bardzo czysto i cichutko. Zdecydowanie idealna baza w góry tęczowe czy dalej na wschód wyspy. Polecam trasę w stronę gór tęczowych latem, w tle bajeczne lodowce na tle fioletowych kwiatów. Tutaj mogłabym wrócić! Bukujcie!

  Pretty decent hotel that a great location is you are planning i’m hitting the F roads (which we were) otherwise in a pretty remote location. Reason I gave three stars as they charge extra to use a sauna which I personally think is ridiculous. Receptionist was very nice and went out of his way to help us with mechanical problem. I wouldn’t say this is a four star hotel.
