Broken elevator and they put us on the fourth floor. No cinnamon rolls at breakfast. Employees yelling at each other in hallway in foreign language. Location is flat and cold, but that’s most of Indiana.

Hotel was clean and rooms were pleasant. However, if you're looking for a breakfast like other Holiday Inn Express, this breakfast was lacking...no meat, no potatoes, no oatmeal. They had the standard offerings of bagels, cinnamon rolls, fruit, but scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy were the only main offerings. The last one we were at had link and patty sausages, potatoes, along with an amazing oatmeal bar and all the other anemities you'd expect for breakfast.

Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel breakfast was wonderful as were the breakfast staff. Very meticulous about keeping things stocked and clean. Really great quality food. Some of the front desk employees on the night shift were not very friendly but the morning staff were as were the cleaners. Would stay here again.
