    Great location near the highway. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Check in was very easy and simple. Doors are a bit heavy to each room so be careful there but as of now they are also offering a complimentary item like razor etc. If you forgot one. There is a pool and an area where you have access to a computer if need be. I would definitely stay here again. Beds are comfortable and I like the added touch on the pillow cases letting you know which ones are firm and which ones are soft.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service is non-existent. We were traveling and unfortunately ended up in the ER with one of our children that ended in an overnight hospital stay and were unable to make it to our room. I tried calling multiple times and they would pick up the phone, then hang it right back up. I tried messaging them through Booking and asked about a oenalty1free cancellation given the situation-very short, and unprofessional-never even confirmed a cancellation, and charged me before I could even speak to anyone. Absolutely DISGUSTING business practices. I took it to higher up to IHG, this property had 48 hrs to respond, and it has since been 4 days with ZERO communication from them. Safe to say we never book with another IHG hotel ever again when this is how their members are treated. Do better. Sometimes it ACTUALLY is an emergency and you set back a family even more on top of an already terrifying situation. Great job 👏🏻

    Abraham is a great host. Checked in late at night, had an issue with our bathroom and he immediately switched us to a new room with no hesitation or problem at all! Definitely quick and easy! Give him a raise! Great guy and very nice too!
