- HPHeather P2 days ago5.0This is a newer hotel so very clean and nice!! The staff was wonderful and checkin was easy. The bathroom has Dove products including lotion!! It was a great bonus and smelled lovely! The TV remote is an ap you scan from the TV onto your phone, maybe that could be explained at check in for us old people, took me doing an FBI raid looking for the remote and finally manually turning on the TV to figure it out. Lol. Also maybe I'm dumb but I couldn't get the volume to go up or down. This is really close to my Dads, the location is perfect and nice and quiet! Thank You for a great stay!
- JCJ CJan 5, 20263.0I stayed here a few times for business. Each time I come it's like pulling teeth to get a room on the top floor. Literally today I came and there is not one vehicle in the parking lot I'm literally the only person at this time staying in this hotel and maybe one other person. So they put me right next to the elevator and then I put someone right next to me who's loud as hell. Not to mention the crack under the door is like 3 inched so anyone can literally peer into my room if they really wanted to and unlock my door if they stuck a coat hanger underneath the door and unlocked it. Woman traveling alone for business - this is not safe. Their prices are kind of high as well. Multiple stays per week over a period of weeks I would think they would offer some type of discount for me, but they didn't. When I have to get up at 5:00 a.m. for words the last thing I need is to be right by the elevator where I hear people walking by back and forth all night getting off the elevator and on the elevator. The dude working at the desk acted as if I asked him for a kidney and he's done it three times each time I've asked for a top floor which I actually put in the notes when I reserve the room.

We had a problem with our room upon arrival but they moved us to a new room immediately which was much appreciated. The only thing we found lacking was the breakfast… many things were not refilled despite us waiting around 15-20 minutes. Overall I would stay here again, just might skip the breakfast.

Really liked it if you are not sure to book here, go ahead and make a reservation. The only feedback I can give is, it’s difficult for the first timers to get to the hotel from the round about Especially at the night times. Proper signage or advertising board would be great .
