  Just opened summer 2025 which is probably why it’s super clean. Nice new pillows! Polite staff. Quiet (at least the west side where the double queen rooms are) but near 31. Breakfast buffet decent.

  There are consistently two front-desk employees on duty whose appearance and conduct are deeply unprofessional. Both men present in a disheveled manner, with poor grooming and an overall unkempt, obese appearance that immediately conveys a lack of care, pride, or readiness to engage with guests. One employee, identifiable by prominent tattoos, is routinely rude, short-tempered, and dismissive. Their lack of professionalism, engagement, and basic courtesy is unacceptable—particularly at a property that markets itself to business travelers. The front desk sets the tone for the entire stay, and in this case, it reflects indifference and neglect. As a Diamond Club member, Director of Quality, and OSHA auditor, I would not recommend this property. There are significantly better hotels in the area that demonstrate attentiveness, professionalism, and respect for guest safety. Safety conditions are also a serious concern. The lobby floor is consistently slick and presents an obvious slip hazard upon entry. The parking lot is frequently icy with no visible mitigation, signage, or treatment. During a recent stay, I personally witnessed an elderly woman nearly fall and suffer what could have been a serious injury in the parking lot. I will be filing a formal report regarding these slip and fall hazards. Additionally, I am documenting concerns related to a potential bed bug issue encountered during a prior business stay. Housekeeping seems to be doing less than a stellar performance and engage at the front desk with these two gentlemen to make comments about guests entering and I even overheard them in Spanish outright poking fun at a guest. Right in front of the guest and there was a group of them. Considering that they are all guests in this country they should do a better job at behaving as a guest should.

  Definitely recommend if your going to Grand Park Sports Campus! NEW Hotel, you can still smell the fresh paint and wood. Beds was comfortable! Due to the snow the parking lot was not plowed great and since all rooms was booked it was hard to get a good parking spot! Kid friendly..
