- DWD WNov 28, 20254.0Perfectly fine hotel. Mini kitchen in room, decent space, responsive thermostat. Breakfast area is confused and poorly labeled. Folks end up crammed into the little room with the food searching for where the milk is hidden or standing in front of whatever you're looking for while waiting for waffle maker. Staff were nice. Location is highly accessible and there is a great Korean place just a short way away (and everything else you might want within ten minutes.)

The night staff was trying to be helpful but it was clear this was a recurring issue and management does this repeatedly, just hoping people do not show up. All other hotels in the area were extremely expensive and I received no kind of compensation for the fact that they messed up and I had to find another place to stay at 1am. I’ve called back several times trying to contact a manager and have been promised a call for weeks with nothing. I do not recommend this hotel.
