- RWRon Wulfkuhle1 day ago4.0Great location and rooms are nice. However the breakfast would be ok if it was kept restocked during the morning when it is open. Not a big fan of every other night room refresh either.
- MWMacy Wohlford5 days ago1.0I reserved a room weeks in advance and was turned away at the door because they had overbooked. The night staff was trying to be helpful but it was clear this was a recurring issue and management does this repeatedly, just hoping people do not show up. All other hotels in the area were extremely expensive and I received no kind of compensation for the fact that they messed up and I had to find another place to stay at 1am. I’ve called back several times trying to contact a manager and have been promised a call for weeks with nothing. I do not recommend this hotel.
- TQTJ QuinnNov 11, 20251.0After arriving home same day from staying at this hotel, I realized I left my JBL Bluetooth speaker in my room. I called right away, and was told “the housekeeper has it in their car” and that I would receive a call back later to figure out how they could ship it to me. Long story short, I never received a call back from the hotel. Then today, a few days later, I called the hotel back and I received word that it was “a misunderstanding” and they never found my speaker. Either I dropped my JBL speaker en route from the hotel to my car on the way out, or someone at the hotel stole my speaker. I think it’s the latter.
