    Finally leaving a review a couple weeks after the incident. I am no longer livid but am still very much appalled by this hotel’s negligence and lack of quality customer service. I arrived after landing in Indianapolis and dealing with significant rental car issues only to find my name, hastily scrawled on a paper at the lobby desk. Turns out that I was the one special guest that got the boot with NO notice. I checked my emails and my missed calls - NOTHING. It was 10 PM and I was told to go to the Hampton Inn in Princeton with a consolation prize of a comp’d 1-night stay but I still had to pay for the high bandwidth internet. Truly laughably bad experience all around. The breakfast is mediocre, the beds are uncomfortable, and the team will overbook and cancel you without notice, despite the understanding that most guests coming to town are traveling extensively to get there. The other hotels in town were full. Silver status doesn’t mean anything and this was a major lesson to digitally check-in. I will be staying here again because I’m a Hilton guy and this location allows for easy access to Knox County but beware! TLDR: Got booted without notice.

    Business trip. Sometimes the CLC bookings are a little complicated (anywhere not just here) but the night clerk handled it graciously. She got me into my room quickly. Breakfast has multiple choices. Good coffee. Clean, comfortable rooms. Will definitely stay again when covering this area.

    I have booked a double bed queen room and upon reaching to the hotel I was said they ran out of this and offered me a king bed room. I was travelling with family (2 Adults + 2 Kids). The front desk did provide me a rollable bed but then I had run multiple times to get the bed, blankets, sheets & pillows. On top of it the room got super crampy with no room to move around. Not a good experience. The front desk representative did mention that he will compensate this with offering me a 20-25% discount at the time of check out. But again this is denied. Not a good experience.

    The worst customer service in the area. Do yourself a favor and pick ANY other hotel in the Vincennes area. I travel for work a lot and the disrepect and terrible service I received on Sunday, December 21, 2025 was hands down the worst. Do not book here. We ended up at the Comfort Inn and it was amazing and the staff was wonderful.
