There was a volleyball team that came through and the hotel decided to sell my room to them after I had booked and fully paid for because they felt it was needed for the volleyball team. They overbooked the hotel. I lost my room and because I was with another guest, I had to sleep on a cot. This is a rip off and upsetting that they would feel it necessary to take a room from somebody who had purchased and sell it to somebody else after the fact of me purchasing it. I woke up with back pain. Not to mention I was arriving from Chicago at 4 AM and had to deal with the reception lady dragging the cot into my room which delayed my sleep for 30 minutes.

The girl at the front desk said she could move us to a queen. FYI: my husband fixed the air conditioner. It just needed new batteries and they have them at the front desk. Don't go for the free breakfast. It's a hit or miss. Not everyone likes waffles, bagels and bread. Not much healthy.
