    The rooms were clean, the water pressure in the shower was great, the pool was super clean. The elevator was slow and the breakfast was hotel decent. The young girls at the front desk were super nice and helpful. Overall great stay!

    Old heating and cooling system. Very drafty when on. Had to find a way to deflect air so I didn’t roast or freeze. Nice breakfast. Convenient.

    They have a 48 hour cancelation policy. Home was getting an expected 6-8 inches of snow. They would not allow us to cancel the morning of our reservation. Their solution was for us to leave and they would give us a room early. We did that, but now we are faced with digging out to even get into our driveway. I know it was our choice to walk away from the room, and suck up the fees, but that didn't sit well with us. A 2 hour drive took us 3 due to the road conditions. I would have expected more consideration from Hilton, especially given the weather and our diamond status.
