Mint in the strawberry blueberry fruit salad was thoughtfully tasty, and I appreciated the sprinkle of cheese and herbs on the potatoes. The rooms are fine. Towels are soft. The pool area was pretty spacious; however, it was closed for maintenance during my stay.

The light in our walkway , to our room burned out while we were in here. We couldn't even use the Wi-Fi. On our phones, we had to use our own data. Because there was no signal on the 3rd floor. The elevators are not great, and are a little bit scary Even. We will never come back.
- JHJamie HenkesMar 8, 20261.0I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn this weekend and unfortunately left very disappointed with the experience. The first issue was the cleanliness of the hotel. The property clearly needs better upkeep, and several areas did not feel properly maintained. When you stay with a well-known brand, you expect a certain standard, and this location simply did not meet it. Another major frustration was the amenities being inaccurately advertised. The hotel listing stated there was a hot tub available, which was one of the reasons I chose this property in the first place. After arriving, I found out there wasn’t a hot tub at all. Advertising amenities that don’t exist is extremely misleading and frustrating for guests who plan their stay around those features. Overall, this experience has made me rethink my loyalty to IHG properties. I’ve been a member for a while, but the lack of upkeep and inaccurate information is disappointing enough that I’ll likely be switching my loyalty over to Marriott moving forward. I truly hope improvements are made, because guests deserve transparency and a clean, well-maintained place to stay.
