  Came in unexpectedly later in the evening, Delaney was awesome at the front desk, took great care of getting us checked in! Everything was clean, smelled great, and we will be back! I think my room may have been haunted though.....strange noises at different times for no reason 😳

  Me and the wife had a good weekend stay, now ive stayed at a ton of Holiday Inns over the years, but this one was different all because of the breakfast😋! Everything was seasoned very well! so if you choose this place to stay believe me when I tell you your breakfast will be on point.

  Room and bathroom were very dirty. Bathtub floor was very dirty and pink mold growing around tiles. We changed rooms. Bathroom was the same. Nothing in the room had been wiped down. Stuff on side tables of the bed, headboard had large greasy spots on headboard. Fingerprints and stuff on cabinet. I mean nothing was clean. Tried to get a refund and go somewhere else. Called the desk she said I had to contact them online. So of course I didn’t get a response until it was too late to change. Very gross. It has been a long time since I have seen a room this bad in a decent hotel. Buy housekeeping lime away or clr to clean those bathrooms

  There were several different situations that happened during my stay here; the first I let slide, things happen and I am not looking to complain for any reason. I stayed here frequently in the past, but this was my first time back after a couple years. One major issue is the fact there is a casino nearby that attracts noisier guests than before. I witnessed a woman complain about people standing outsider her room, random people, and the friend desk person, Josh, did not do anything to stop the person. The woman was very upset stating it was not fair that they had to move rooms because they were standing in front of their room and talking and he would not do anything about it. Later that night, at about 1 a.m., a rowdy group of people arrived in a few different rooms. They stuck out the deadbolt on the door that was adjoining to mine and were in and out about 15 times. They were running through the rooms to other rooms and even in the rooms. They were shouting in the rooms. I contacted the front desk person, Josh, and let him know shortly after what was going on. He spoke to them once and nothing changed, the raucous continued. Then I called back again, now this is about 1:30 a.m. I asked him what is going to happen if it doesn't stop, he said he would kick them out. I heard him go to the room, the voices got quieter, but door slamming and noise from slamming and running in the room continued. At 2:30 I called again, told him the noise was still very loud and he said he would have to ask his manager what to do. Very different than what he originally said. I knew at this point nothing would happen. At 3 a.m. I checked back and he said he was awaiting the manager's call. I found out the following day from other employees he could have had them removed. I rate highly on safety-cleanliness, no bugs, not a bad area/staff and the ability to sleep. When they do not take either of these seriously, the rating tanks. Lack of sleep is a safety issue on top of a sleep issues. I was very disappointed as they do have strengths, but it all goes out the window when you feel that you either have to lose sleep, leave the hotel or handle the situation yourself which would not go good for anyone. If you need to rest, I recommend not staying here on the weekends, there is simply too many loud people there, possibly due to the casino, and just know, if you have Josh or some other passive worker who doesn't want to take action, you are on your own. If you don't think noise will be an issue, read the other review where a similar situation happened there, this is a real problem.
