Disappointed in this place. I got in late at night and was looking forward to some rest. When I got to my room it appeared it had not been cleaned. The bed was made, but the sheets seemed scratchy and gritty. There was leftover food in the refrigerator. They shampoo and soap was empty. The location of this hotel is conveniently located just off the interstate, but I will not be staying here again.

We stayed here at this hotel for four weeks and it was the worst four weeks of my life. First off the breakfast was always the same and the sausage was undercooked and so were the eggs. Everything you eat it gives you the runs. The staff is absolutely disrespectful and very rude. The only nice staff member is maya the overnight front desk receptionist. Then on the entire first floor there was weed smell for two straight days we told the manger amber and she did nothing about it. The employees allow there family members to stay there free of charge. The pool leaves big blisters on your feet. IMPORTANT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS NOT A CHILDREN'S HOTEL IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN WITH AUTISM OR YOU HAVE KIDS WHO ARE 8 OR INDER I STRONGLY DO NOT RECEMEND THIS HOTEL ITS NOT KID FRIENDLY. If your family or they know you and they don't like you your gone. Do NOT stay at this hotel it's worse then living on the roads.

So my home burnt on December 9th.i stayed at other home 2 suites in other cities and it was the best experience ever so I asked my home owners insurance to put us up there now ahead of time I let them know I had a big family that was living in our home 9.kiddos and 8 adults they said it would be no problem now most of the kids are 8 and under so.of course they are gonna get loud sitting on a room with nothing to do then they said pet friendly so I had a dog that had 3 puppies and she did make a mess on the floor and I cleaned it up and signed the floor I was then told my dogs had to be put in a cage so I did that then the story changed to only 1 dog per room so we did that when I seen so many other people come in with 3 or4 big dogs even people coming in with 2 cats at a time and they got to rome the rooms freely they also let family come and stay here free of charge I have seen it with my own 2 eyes all the employees here was so nice in the beginning until one of them I am related to and they don't like.me for something that happened to me as a child growing up with another family member and it seems like most of the employees here are all related to each other so then they all started being mean and rude to all my family my grandkids was walking down to the swimming pool and was being loud my daughter told them to quote down and had them tell her sorry for being loud and she said you need to be quiter mond you these are 2 6 year olds and younger then one night employee told me about how the other employee talk about us say there is oders coming from our room when we clean them everyday our selfs I do not expect for them to clean up after all of us I was trying to be nice then a couple weekend's ago the whole bottom floor smelled of snuke weed so bad you could smell it as you came thru the front door and the smell was so bad it was coming under the doors in our rooms we told them about the problem from Friday till Sunday and all they said was wet a towel and put it under the door so it keeps the smell out but as soon as you walked out onto the hallway the smell would hit you in the face and give you a contact buzz the gravey made us all sick one day the sausage patties look only half cooked and the hot water in the lobby to make hot cocoa always looks brown one true loyal employee is bree the 3 to 11 front desk clerk she was out standing I walked down my hallway a few nights ago and there 2 door rooms still open I told the front desk clerk not bree but another lady and she said oh the housekeepers forgot to close the door so before you stay here you better make sure you don't know anyone that works here
