Very nice hotel. Rooms very clean. Bed was comfortable. Standard emitities as any other hotel, tv, chair, mini fridge, etc. would have liked to have more than just 2 towels per room. But that is my only complaint, and I could have gone to the front desk and asked for more.

Oh, my. We checked in at midnight. Got the "last room." Went upstairs to the 5th floor, and our keys wouldn't work. Went back downstairs to have them reprogrammed. Went back upstairs and after multiple tries, the light finally turned green on the door and we started to enter. However, the door wouldn't open more than an inch. It was locked from the inside, meaning someone was in there! We go back downstairs to explain that the door was locked from the inside. The guy at the front desk said, "That's impossible." Nah, it's possible. Got new keys to a new room, Went back to the 5th floor to another "last room", and the keys won't work. This time I called the front desk to complain. He said, "give me 2 minutes, I'll be right up." Meanwhile, the lady who was actually in the first room came out irate that someone had a key to her room, understandably upset. We apologized, she went downstairs & ga e the front desk a piece of her mind. She came back up and now her room key won't work because he had programmed ours to her door. She goes back downstairs and tells him that we're still waiting to be let in as well. Mind you a good 12 minutes has passed by now. They both get out of the elevator, he literally trots down the entire length of the hallway yelling, "I'm sorry, I forgot about you!" Over and over... it's now 12:48am. The keys he brought for us wouldn't work either. Oh.my.gosh. he used his master key, let us in and stated that we would need to prop the door open somehow if we left, or go get him to let us in. So...if you choose this location, be ready to walk into someone else's room, get locked out of your room, and be moved multiple times.
