Our family really needed a place to stay for the night due to some unfortunate, unexpected events that occurred at our home, making us need a place to stay. Thankful to my friend Alex our service deck hostess to help us get booked comfortably with our family of 5. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, nice complimentary sized toiletry products. The rooms were easy to adjust temperatures to our likings. The pool was a hit for the kiddos! The breakfast was pefect, lots ofs options for every picky eater! She really went above and beyond for our family! I highly recommend staying here!

(False advertising) Indoor pool is not heated btw. Then at 3:15 am got a second charge for another 198.00 to my account after the orginal 198.00 fee up front. It is 148.00 for the room plus 50 deposit. Went to front desk in the morning to be told that the other 198.00 was a hold. Bank says no they are taking out twice. Talked to manager she was rude and offered us 148.00 of or money back. We explained we only stayed one night and was charged 2 deposits as well. She apparently didn't care or couldn't do simple math. We will never return and will be calling corporate about this issue.

We could've stayed another night and the kids had a ball in the pool. If your traveling and your looking for a hotel for the night stop in Terre haute at the Holiday Inn you won't regretted.
