Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel looks to be in very good shape. Room was quite nicely done, clean and functional. My only complaint is there is no desk chair, a stool is hard to work off. The location is a bit father out of town so not entirely convenient if you are needing to be in the city.

My room was nice and clean but the motion detection light in the bathroom basically didn’t work as you had to wave your hand several times for it to turn on. The team working the breakfast service was excellent and quick to provide beverages and other options. Food was pretty standard for hot breakfast hotel locations.staff did a good job handling checkin as there were tons of people checking in and the entire Hilton system was down. The lower hotel room definitely had some street noise at night if you are facing the road.

The elevator doors were squeaky and loud and the rooms are a little dated. There are trains that go by the hotel so it can be a little noisy at night.

We went to the bar for dinner last Thursday. Beth did an awesome job serving us especially for being by herself! The food was very slow getting to us and rather cold when we finally got it. I appreciated Beth keeping us updated throughout our dinner experience. She was very apologetic and I could tell she really loves her job. I commend her on the awesome drinks. She makes one hell of an old-fashioned! I’ll definitely be back! Even if it’s only for an old-fashioned ;)
