Located in historic downtown Terre Haute, our hotel is immediately adjacent to Indiana State University and the IU School of Medicine. Only minutes away from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, and St. Mary of the Woods, other major nearby corporations include: Clabber Girl, Sony/DADC, Bemis, AET, Columbia House, Eli Lilly-Clinton Lab, Thyssen Krupp & Presta, Pfizer, and Aisin Brake and Chassis. The hotel is within walking distance and/or a short drive from many area restaurants. Shop at nearby Honey Creek Mall.
The six story building houses 109 guestrooms including 4 suites, each furnished with a convenience center housing a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. Spacious work desks with ergonomic chair, phone, dataport, and voicemail also have complimentary hi-speed internet access are conveniently located at desk-level for easy access. The hotel also features remote printing from guestroom to business center. Irons, ironing boards, and hair dryers are standard in all rooms.
Hotel facilities include the Great American Grill restaurant and pub which is open for breakfast and dinner. Evening in-room dining is also available. Complimentary 24-hour business center, indoor pool and whirlpool, and fitness center are here for guests to enjoy. Meeting room(s) and event catering are also available.

The lady quoted us $112 after speaking to my husband. A cple hrs later the front desk called bk and they discussed the price again and my husband told them the about the previous conversation. Husband was told $112 again. So we spend the night and get home today to find they charged us 143! I called and was told they have no way of knowing who we spoke to or how she came upon the rate of 112! I mean, do they just let random pple answer their phone or what? We always stay there when we go to events in the Haute but not after this. It's only $31 but its the principle, if an employee quotes you a price and you stay based on that quoted price then its wrong to charge them a higher price.

Such beautiful sparkling clean rooms and the staff is awesome from the check-in to check out the breakfast servers and the housekeeping all wonderful!
