First night stay was through Expedia. We called down to the desk the morning of ck out to inquire about staying a second night. The lady quoted us $112 after speaking to my husband. A cple hrs later the front desk called bk and they discussed the price again and my husband told them the about the previous conversation. Husband was told $112 again. So we spend the night and get home today to find they charged us 143! I called and was told they have no way of knowing who we spoke to or how she came upon the rate of 112! I mean, do they just let random pple answer their phone or what? We always stay there when we go to events in the Haute but not after this. It's only $31 but its the principle, if an employee quotes you a price and you stay based on that quoted price then its wrong to charge them a higher price.

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Close proximity to various restaurants and bars. However, the best bar is inside the hotel. The bartender, Ann, is incredible. She will remember your name, your drink, greet you with a smile, and make you feel right at home! The temp was below freezing and I think the pipes might have frozen causing my shower to stop working. I contacted the front desk and Jay was quick to move me to a new room and offer to help move my things. Very nice group of folks at this hotel. When I’m back in Terre Haute, I’ll definitely be staying here!
