Honestly the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We were out in room 714 which was a king room and god sized. Once in bed we found ants and mouse droppings in the bed. We went to front desk and that lady helped us out got us moved to 128 this room was a room with two double beds. Very much smaller than the king I had paid extra for. And the shower was disgusting on the inside. The next day I asked KiKi if we could move back to a room that was a king that we had paid extra for. Where she was extremely rude saying well we don’t usually do more than one room change but I said I’ve paid for two days of a king bigger room. She told me I was going to be charged even more. I had already paid for 2 nights of the king bed bigger room and only got one night of the king. When I talked to a manager while checking out she said they’ve been having that problem with room 714. But if they knew about this problem it should be fixed. Nothing was resolved. And Kiki was EXTREMELY rude the entire time even while trying to get checked out.

If I could leave less than a single star review, I would. I show up for my reservation at 9pm and there is no parking in the lot because of truck and trailers taking up 20+ parking spaces. When I bring it up to the front desk, they say that they have to park on their property even though I had to park off-site. Being a Hilton Silver member, I picked my room ahead of time and was given confirmation that my digital key was ready. I went to my room and the key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk and was given card keys. I went back to my room and they also did not work. I called the front desk to tell the attendant that I still couldn’t access my room and was given snide remarks and an unprofessional attitude. She came to my room and had to “jump” my door which I asked how was I supposed to re-enter my room should I leave.. She told me that it “should work” which at this point I have zero faith in this hotel or this poor excuse of a customer service woman working the front desk. After opening my door I got an additional snide “you’re welcome” from her like I should be so thankful I was finally allowed into my room. Working at 9pm on 21-oct-25 should be removed from her duties as she does not have Hilton customer service etiquette or even a helpful attitude. Like it’s my fault they allow trucks with trailers to take up excessive parking spaces and digital key and card keys will neither open my room. So disappointing and will NEVER choose this hotel again!

Nicely renovated; needs more lamps in the rooms; nice big room but lots of wasted space; needs more luggage racks/bench (had to use the table to place our suitcase on; no TV channels per se—it’s a guessing game what channels they provide even though there is a guide with lots of channels-most are not available-who doesn’t provide ESPN nowadays. Very high prices for what you get!!! Doubt I would stay here again.
