They always make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The breakfast is one of the best around. I only stay at Hampton Inn now, nothing else will do.

Not only is it under construction, the parking lot is dark, next door to an abandonment apartment complex, side doors are out of order and handicap accessible doors do not work properly at the main entrance. Two stars instead of one for the room, as it was very clean. No guidance on how to navigate the construction and find the elevator, or welcome at all. We booked this hotel from the Hilton app while traveling and definitely expected the “Hilton standard” considering it was 40,000 points for a one night stay. Very disappointed. Update: Front Desk staff was delightful in the morning!
