Took telling them 3x before they called exterminator. We were booked to stay there for a month by our company. We refused to go back to that hotel location because of how nasty the hotel was. Breakfast was below standard (and we live in hotels so not even equivalent to others same brand. Needs a serious deep cleaning!!! Staff was friendly but incompetent or unconcerned, not sure which. Moved to Owensboro and chose further commute to work to avoid Tell City. Much better!!
