- LFL FDec 28, 20253.0I stayed six nights during the week of Christmas. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the property is clearly in need of renovation. Pros: • The location was very convenient for visiting family • The lobby was nice and decorated for Christmas; the tree was beautiful • Hallways were aesthetically pleasing and had a condo-style feel • The room appeared neat when I checked in and it was quiet at first • Furniture was decent and the room layout was nice • Bathroom mirror with backlighting was a nice feature, and the faucet appeared new • Towels were fluffy and clean • Wine and beer taps in the lobby were a cool amenity • The front desk staff member was very nice Cons: • The seal on the door was missing, and I could hear every noise in the hallway • My room was right next to housekeeping, and their door slammed every time someone went in or out • When I opened the dishwasher, the entire appliance came away from the cabinet • The inside of the refrigerator was dirty • The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable — it felt like sleeping on a futon • The shower tub bottom was stained, the drain cover was missing, and there was slime in the drain • The shower head did not spray well, although the water pressure itself was fantastic • Bed sheets were stained with makeup • The kitchen and bathroom floors were not clean The room was functional and the stay was mostly comfortable, but it fell short of what I expect from the Hilton brand.
- RHRudolf HehnDec 25, 20255.0We were here to visit family. It is on the lower end of the Hilton brand but this hotel exceeded what we were expecting. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic but good enough, with a few hot offerings along with cereal and bagels, etc. We had a two queen bed suite with a pull out couch. The room was clean, fixtures were newer, and it had a simple kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There is a well-equipped gym and laundry room. It's a good value at this price point.
