    I just wanted to thank the counter person for checking my ID when I lost my room card. Most hotels do not do that and for a woman traveling alone this is so important! The beds were also super comfortable, great breakfast and coffee and the 3rd floor was very clean. Thank you!

    We showed up around 2:30 in the morning after a very long road trip. The front desk agent was incredibly kind and accommodating. We actually stay the night handicap accessible room, which was incredibly clean and orderly. The building was quiet and clean.

    Susan H. went above and beyond to help us secure rooms for my son’s basketball team. She was organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Trying to coordinate a large group was hard, but she made it easy and stress-free. I have not found this with any other hotel!!! We’re so thankful for her outstanding service!

    The employee's at the front desk is useless, lacking in all areas. I rented a banquet room, and ask for assistance many time and they were not available. When a guess arrived to attend the banquet, the girl came to the front desk like she just woke up. When asked about the event, her answer was "I DON'T KNOW". when asked the name of the party, the answer was "I don't know ". Why is she even there?
