Shamona was fantastic at the evening reception bar. Very sweet and very professional. Asked for my ID and definitely made me feel even more youthful as a woman in my 30s 🤭. Also mixed my drink super quickly and it tasted delicious.

This review is late but I still think about the service I received! Nichole that was working the complementary bar during our stay was top-notch. We were staying with a very large group, I recognize that with that comes difficulties that you wouldn’t normally have.
She was so sweet and hospitable. She had Service with a smile, it’s rare to find now.
We had a lovely conversation with her and I left the trip feeling thankful for the service she provided.
Thank you Nichole!

The guy at the front counter looked as if he didn't want to be alive. Very monotone, and depressing. Please let somebody else run the front desk, especially when he couldn't provide the help needed out of pure laziness.
