We were staying with a very large group, I recognize that with that comes difficulties that you wouldn’t normally have. She was so sweet and hospitable. She had Service with a smile, it’s rare to find now. We had a lovely conversation with her and I left the trip feeling thankful for the service she provided. Thank you Nichole!

They’ve been amazing and keep them here at the Embassy- we will be back! We’re here to visit our son in Indiana and we haven’t been able to find a place to stay with him, until now- thank you ladies!
