I also had an amazing riverfront views on the front side of the hotel. Restaurant and bar on property with lots of other restaurants and bars downtown as well. We will definitely love staying here again when in South Bend.
- NNnoahNov 4, 20251.0This hotel should be a 2 start hotel. Rooms are unclean. First room I walked into there was a giant hair ball from the last guess right on the soap. I went to get a new room and the second room I got was cleaner but the shower did not drain. Water was covering my feet and pouring into the bathroom. I also told the front desk this. The hotel also generally smells like puke throughout the building. I am a diamond honors member. After the first room I should have been upgraded to their best room or given a ton of point. My car was all broken into and the windows smashed. They did nothing for me. DO NOT STAY HERE.

MERCADES (SORRY IF I SPELLED IT WRONG) My 4 year old Non-verbal Autistic daughter was having the worst meltdown I've seen so far. She was screaming & crying & this woman did everything she could to help me calm her down. We were both at one point singing & dancing for my daughter in the hallway & I've never seen or met a more selfless person. You have no idea what you did for me today! You ma'am are the real MVP thank you so much. ❤️🩷
