  Easy check in, great prices, clean and functional rooms. The guy at the front desk overnight was very personable, actually seemed to have cared about his guests. Beds were comfortable, and we all slept well

  Very convenient location just off of 30 and less than 6 miles from I-65. Service is excellent my only complaint would the incredibly thin walls in the rooms. If you are wanting to sleep and another person wants to watch TV in the living room area of the suite, you hear the TV every bit as well as they do.

  This hotel is fantastic. Very clean, great rooms with full kitchen, filling breakfast. We only stayed one short night but literally every single person we came in contact with was incredibly friendly! I accidentally dropped a glass bowl in the breakfast room and it shattered everywhere. The woman working in the kitchen was so sweet and quickly cleaned it up while we joked with some others at the table. I also overheard a lady on the cleaning crew training a younger woman and she was a great teacher. She was very kind and explained things in a very respectful way. Last, the front desk staff went above and beyond and were also incredibly friendly. It definitely set our trip off to a wonderful start! Thank you!   We were in town for our son’s basketball tournament. I had made reservations online and made a mistake on the dates. We showed up a day earlier than my reservation but I didn’t believe it when the desk clerk told me. When I pulled up my email and realized my mistake, the clerk was so kind! She tried really hard to find a room but they were sold out for the night. We went somewhere else that night, but came back the next day. We called before we come to see if we could get in our room a little early, but our room wasn’t ready yet. So they UPGRADED us for free! They were SO kind and gracious, even remembered me from the day before, and I can’t believe they went out of their way for us when I was the one who had made a mistake. The room itself was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was so good, and coffee 24/7 was a huge blessing! I highly recommend Staybridge and plan to stay there next time we are in town.

  ⭐️ 1 Star – Absolute Joke of a Hotel Staybridge Suites Schererville canceled my confirmed reservation ONE MONTH in advance because management decided to let someone else extend their stay instead. The General Manager, Anna, personally called me and admitted this. That’s not a mistake — that’s deliberate favoritism. When escalated, Chris, another manager, was rude, dismissive, and fed me contradictory stories, including a fake “house fire” excuse that magically changed once he reviewed the timeline. Zero empathy. Zero accountability. Just lies and arrogance. This location is known for accommodating friends and preferred guests while ignoring loyal IHG members, and corporate is fully aware of repeated complaints — they just don’t care. No apology. No resolution. Just incompetence and disrespect. Canceled my IHG membership and warned everyone I know to avoid this place. Stay literally anywhere else.
