To arrive and discover the pool is “out of order,” with no prior notice, was incredibly disappointing—especially considering the nearly $200 nightly rate. We weren’t informed at check-in or during booking, and only found out after walking down to use it. This kind of amenity closure should absolutely be communicated in advance and reflected in the room pricing. The lack of options left us with little choice but to put her back in the car and drive somewhere else just to help her decompress. Very disappointed in the experience and the inconvenience it caused.
