    Booked a room to sleep for the night , I checked in around 5 am . At 11am I get the call from the front desk that I have to go, not only did they say that but they were rude about it. Not Holiday Inn standard I will never stay there again I wish I would’ve gotten their names to put it here. It’s just an average place. Smells a little funny definitely not IHG standard. The comfort inn is right across the lot it’s much better than this poor excuse of a holiday inn….. explain what happened really simple, I checked in at 5am and I was rudely ask to leave at 11am . So I got charged for a full night and I was ask to leave 6 hrs later by your staff. They called repeatedly and even went pounding on my door so I can get up and leave. How’s that for an explanation. Does your staff see what time the guess check in? Or are they just incompetent, but they are rude and really good at being rude to your guess. And also I contacted CLC about this manner too cause they are the ones paying.

    we booked a last minute stay on November 29th due to bad weather forcing us off the road. We called into the hotel and were quickly able to make a reservation. Once we got to the hotel, we were able to check in quickly and were offered beverages to warm up. Later in the evening, we witnessed the front desk worker shoveling snow in freezing cold weather and wind. This morning at breakfast, the gentleman working the breakfast area was so friendly and committed to creating an inviting environment. Additionally, our rooms were clean and a welcome respite after driving in a blizzard. Your staff made a very stressful day much better- thank you for your commitment to excellent customer service!

    Very clean and comfortable room. The lobby was also clean and smelled nice too. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because of the few restaurant choices. But we found eMbers and it was very good
