    we booked a last minute stay on November 29th due to bad weather forcing us off the road. We called into the hotel and were quickly able to make a reservation. Once we got to the hotel, we were able to check in quickly and were offered beverages to warm up. Later in the evening, we witnessed the front desk worker shoveling snow in freezing cold weather and wind. This morning at breakfast, the gentleman working the breakfast area was so friendly and committed to creating an inviting environment. Additionally, our rooms were clean and a welcome respite after driving in a blizzard. Your staff made a very stressful day much better- thank you for your commitment to excellent customer service!

    Very clean and comfortable room. The lobby was also clean and smelled nice too. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because of the few restaurant choices. But we found eMbers and it was very good

    I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was a pretty good and clean hotel. The two hotel representatives that I interacted with were really friendly and hospitable and that made the hotel experience even better beyond just an average hotel experience which led me to give this review. My fridge didn't have a freezer and I needed to freeze some food I purchased and they were able to freeze it for me and I was thankful for that. I appreciated O'neal and the other worker that was there. It's a good hotel with good workers.

    Everything was great about this room and the service was very special. Although, there was a lot of noise out side our room 328 through the night. I believe it was the door leading to the stairway. Don't expect this room.
