  Sink didn’t drain, tub didn’t drain, and toilet kept running. And it smelled like a urinal puck from deodorizer. Otherwise it was clean and quiet.

  The hotel provided a clean room and friendly staff throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the morning breakfast staff, and would like to give a special shout out to Brandy for their excellent service.

  In the 5 minutes or so it took me to check in, Keely at the front desk took my grumpy another work trip emotions, and made me feel like I was checking into a disney world hotel. She answered questions I didnt even plan on asking, and pointed me directly to everything so there was no wandering around. Even as tornado sirens are going off, she was answering questions from people like me who had never been in a tornado warning before, all while keeping kids in the lobby happy. Felt like a party that had been planned in advance, not a borderline emergency scenario. All I need is a wakeup call from goofy and I would be putting micky mouse ears on.

  This place is the cleanest one you'll probably find in Plymouth. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was pretty good and the location isn't bad at all. The only problem we had was with the water. I think it may be over treated or it may have too much softener. Me and my fiance both left after three nights with some small, red rashes everywhere. I also noticed that when doing my makeup, it never set or dried properly and anything on my fingers would fall off under the tap without any kind of soap or scrubbing needed. The room also felt VERY humid the entire stay and we could never get the air to stay on. It was like it would start but then stop after ten minutes or so. Despite that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in that area if traveling to another was not an option.

  Excellent service every time I come in for breakfast. Brandy, who runs the breakfast area, does an outstanding job. She always greets everyone with a friendly face and makes you feel welcome right away. The food is consistently fully stocked, fresh, and well maintained. Everything is kept very clean, from the counters to the seating area. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does and truly cares about the experience for guests. A great way to start the day — highly recommend!
