Cris at the front desk went above and beyond when the hotel software system checked us out automatically and invalidated our keys at 9 am. She was very apologetic about the issue and went with me to the room to ensure that I was able to get in. The room was clean and comfortable. The software issue of checking a guest out too early really does need to addressed and corrected though.
