I appreciate check-in staff getting me a complementary upgrade as my diamond benefit, even though my coworkers who I was rooming with got in a night before me and checked us in. Especially appreciative since I booked somewhat last minute and a lot of hotels were full. The breakfast was great and I loved the vegetarian options! They place was clean and everyone working was friendly and helpful. This hotel is going to be my new go-to when working in Indianapolis!
