The evening lady wasn’t too fond of kids it seemed though. Kids are rowdy for sure but telling them you can watch them any time on camera… a little weird, you should probably approach parents if there’s an issue. We had pizza and before even opening the boxes she was rude towards the kids for having pizza out of the lobby…. The boxes hadn’t been touched yet! Made multiple rude gestures like she couldn’t wait for us to be cleared out. Tried to tell people how to parent. The workers the previous night were wonderful towards our group. Very helpful and open. Sucks to have one bad apple. Otherwise nice hotel though
