The staff was so welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We are so thankful to have had such a great place for ourselves and our guests.
- CEChristopher EasleySep 28, 20251.0Rooms are clean, however companies refurringto these hotels like Priceline, Expedia, and so on, lie about check in time, and make promises they shouldn't because they have no clue. They only want your money, and that's it. I had to do 3 different times to book a room because Expedia lied each time to just take money of my account, and when you figured out about all their lies they charged my card for $225.00 bucks then when you check in the don't have anything registering in your name, but they keep that money for at least 10 business days. It's a shame that my wife and I have been married for over 34 years weren't able to give our oldest daughter her wedding money because Priceline and Expedia took everything I had to give. And that's with the card being locked. I'm so ashamed....
