- JBJohn Bauer3 days ago3.0Very little light in the room. Clean. Very hot . Couldn't get the room to cool down. Many of the plug in do not work or only work part of the time. Bathroom fan is soooo loud. Two different neighbors were loud after midnight. Elevator was dirty lobby was warm. My room was clean. I was glad. Bed was comfortable. Room was hot. The lady at the front desk offered to move rooms. But at midnight with 3 prople??

From the moment we arrived, Tiffany at the front desk made our check-in quick, smooth, and completely stress free. She truly went above and beyond so friendly and helpful! Because of her, our experience was that much better. On top of that, when I woke up, my receipt had been slid under the door with such a warm, thoughtful message. It’s little things like that that really stand out and show when someone genuinely loves what they do. We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we’re in town!
