As we approached the front desk, we were greeted by an incredibly bubbly and welcoming woman named Tiffany. Despite the large crowd, she effortlessly checked everyone in, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Tiffany truly set a positive tone from the beginning. Upon reaching our room, we were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness. However, I felt that the cleaning might have been rushed, as there were a few missing towels. When I inquired about them, Tiffany promptly addressed the issue and provided us with a few more towels. I must say, your customer service is truly exceptional. Now, let me address the morning shift. The greeting from the front desk, Angela, was far from welcoming. She seemed to be in a bad mood and didn’t even say good morning. It’s disheartening to encounter such poor customer service. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Tiffany for her warm and welcoming greeting during check-in. However, Angela’s customer service skills are not your strong suit.

Genuinely the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, with so many options we came back for seconds and thirds to try everything. The staff was super nice and accommodating, Tiffany checked us in and we had a great conversation. The location is great too, not far away from the downtown area but just far enough to be out of the busiest places. Highly recommend!
