- PMPaul MartinDec 23, 20254.0Be careful. Arriving at night, even with GPS, finding the right way off the freeway and into this location can be tricky but not impossible for an out of town guest. We are higher ranking Hilton Honors members so as far as Hampton Inn's go, this one needs some help. The rooms felt cramped given what felt like a very low ceiling. The cabinet door covering the refrigerator had broken hinges and fell off at will. The HVAC was unusually loud. In room towel supply was substandard. Every other location we've frequented has two complete sets but this location only had one hand and bath towel with a washcloth for two in room guests. The biggest thing we noticed with this location was the twenty minute wait we had at the front desk before anyone arrived to check in the by then long line of guests. The manager apologized for the wait claiming an employee went home without checking first. Frankly, I didn't believe one word of it. It felt disingenuous. Will we stay here again? Likely not.

Long story short, I assigned myself a first floor room, and management changed it without notice so when I check in, I’m on the third floor. Traveling alone and having to unload a lot of stuff is why I need the first floor. The guy at the front called me a liar and said I never did . After looking through the notes, he literally read out exactly what I just told him and said “ Christina did it, I just work here.” Poor customer service. Christina reached out only to say, housekeeping didn’t get to it. Wow! Poor service for a Hilton brand. More like comfort inn service. Go elsewhere.
