    Be prepared for some road noise, other than that it was all I expect from a Hampton, clean and a good breakfast.

    The night Audit lady was amazing and very sweet offered us fresh cookies! went down for breakfast and it was delicious! front desk agent named Jason was wonderful to talk too and very kind. me & my girlfriend enjoyed our stay and most definitely would stay again!! ((:

    Where do I start?! On the coldest night of the year the heat didn’t work. Front desk tried to change battery in thermostat and that didn’t work. Elevator was out of commission one night. Room service never changed towels or cleaned room over 6 days. Waffle House next door is fire though; go check out my review for it. If I ever stay in New Albany again, it won’t be with y’all.

    My job requires me to travel frequently and I try and stay at Hiltons as much as possible. This location is repeatedly a let-down. I've been put in rooms where the beds were not made, just piles of sheets and blankets on the bed. I've had to wait nearly 30 minutes at the front desk waiting for someone to show up so I can get checked in (the digital key only works half the time). The doors don't always shut properly and sometimes I will notice the door is open if I don't push it shut. I keep trying to come up with excuses but it's clear that the owners simply do not care about this building and the workers care even less.
