The staff has always been there excellent and accommodating and the rooms are always clean. That being said, I feel like small things have been going downhill for the last few years, and it's getting to be quite noticable. The TVs in half the rooms have such awful screen degradation that colors no longer represent correctly. The pool/hot tub have been in working order maybe 50% of the time and the gym is not in great working order either. I like the place, but consider the Homewood suites immediately behind the Hampton as it's much newer and roughly the same price.

There was also a sweet woman that was working in the breakfast area on the Saturday morning we were there. Service was truly amazing! We would definitely book again.
