- BHBarry Himes2 days ago1.0I would not suggest this hotel! I am platinum or diamond status in three hotel chains. When my project ended they would not let me check out a day early. They charged me for a day that I wasn’t at their hotel. This feels like bad business so be aware before you stay. There are plenty of other hotels that are not that far away that do not charge for a change in your reservation. The staff at the front desk do a good job, but unfortunately the management is bad.

I said no thank you it’s little too high for my budget as this was an unexpected stay due to the weather while traveling for work. He just hung up on me. Great start to my morning after working 10s on a midnight shift .

I was told that veterans do not qualify and that I had to work directly for the government. This goes directly against Best Westerns policies as they are stated on their web site.
