The office chairs are poor quality and uncomfortable even asking for a better option. They kept the place as clean as possible but probably need to change the carpets soon. Notre Dame had their big Army game, and HI decorated and had great snacks out. Did not try their pool, food, or gym.

The next day we were moved to a double bed room which was ok but the toilet was not flushing properly. We called the front desk and were told there was not maintenance crew and they didn’t know how to use a plunger. My husband ended up getting a plunger from front desk and fixing the toilet problem himself. Just ridiculous.
