- MCMatthew CarrollFeb 22, 20261.0Honestly giving all 1s because of the attitude of management. I checked in, was supposed to be here for a week, and I'm checking out 2 hours after checking in. Needed to be here for work, the wifi speed available to guests was less than 1 MB/sec, staff knows the speed is an issue, offered me the wifi that they use, which the speed was over 50/sec, but it couldn't reach my room. When they called management to ask how to help me, the manager didn't know they were on speaker, but I could hear them say, "just tell them to deal with it, out speed is our speed and it's not changing". I appreciate the help the staff attempted to give, I don't appreciate what management stated. And, as someone whose transferring to South bend for work, but will be traveling back and forth for the next several months during the transition, they're loosing out on a TON of future revenue.

(What kind of person do you think I am?) And the room was clean! The bathroom was clean with towels that don't "squeak," if you know what I mean; they were absorbent - nice! Donna at the front desk was exceptional and professional. Thank you.
