Updated clean rooms, delicious breakfast, really solid pool and fitness center, and a lovely and accommodating staff. Dollar for dollar, one of the best hotel stays I've ever had.

When I got to the hotel, I handed the clerk my business credit card and asked her to be sure the payment went on it and not my personal card. Well, when I got home, I realized the business credit card was on tge bill, but for incidentals only. So, I called the hotel and explained the situation and the person I talked to said she would ask. She came back and said it was not possible. I asked to talk to a manager and she said the manager was in a meeting and was leaving after the meeting, so I would not be able to talk to her! Basically, even though the hotel messed up, it is me that will suffer the consequences at work and the manager can't hang out for a few extra minutes to help me.
