    Breakfast was good, location is convenient, except it is very difficult to take a left out onto the main road and we almost always had to just turn right and go up the road a little to turn around. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had to switch rooms after the first night because the shower only had scalding water come out and they were able to switch us right away. Although furnished nicely, it’s very worn, tattered, and not super clean (things splattered here and there in the room that did not get wiped up, hair from previous guests, mold in the shower, around the fire sprinkler, and various areas of the carpet against the base of the wall). Since pets are allowed, the elevators sometimes smelled like wet dog and you could see carpet stains in our room where likely animals relieved themselves. The bed was clean but it wasn’t the softest. The room temperature was hard to keep regulated in the room, and when the heater turned off, the belts made a loud noise as they were turning off. As it goes with most places today, the hotel was understaffed, but staff were friendly and tried to do their best.

    Very nice staff, room, and amenities. I will definitely stay again. One gripe I do have is the fruit (apples) that were placed out at breakfast looked just like the one in this takeaway bag. Not sure if this was a joke but why give this to members …. Why give this to any guest? I threw it out for an animal or insects once I took a break to get the water out of it.
