Room was clean but there was a little mold damage in bathroom near the tub and tv screen looked damaged. The charging ports on the lamps by the bed were also very loose and my charger kept falling out of them. It's a nice hotel but it could use some small updates. Stayed for 4 nights and never had any issues with noise and the parking lot was never full.

My room was immaculate, extremely cozy and kind of swanky. They are also supposed to be doing a 10 year refurb to the whole property this year coming up. Sabrinna, the hostess in the café, was extremely personable, knowledgeable and an amazing delight to speak with. The IHG family is lucky to have her. I also got the pleasure to meet Aaliyssa who was running the front desk the morning I checked out and she was also warm, friendly and a true treasure. They unfortunately had no late checkout slots due to the hotel filling up again and I can see why. I highly recommended this location for reasons spanning from the ease of check-in to the killer room, to the great comfort, to the amazing spread for breakfast, to the top shelf hospitality, to the warm send off the next morning. Don't hesitate to book here and enjoy your stay.
