Phone in room broken - falling apart when we tried to call for linens that should have been in the room. We had a room with 2 beds and couch and no dressing for couch called twice and I’m typing all this as I wait. Keeping all 3 of us up. Girl just knocked & delivered blanket. Dolly to bring luggage up was broken too. Yes I’m tired bad so cranky writing this, but linens & parking should be basic expectation
